Suitable for sintering all kinds of cemented carbide products. Dewaxing, sintering and densification of Tungsten carbide can be completed in a single cycle at relatively low pressure.

When pressurized at sintering temperature, any residual pore or defects within the products are maximally eliminated, therefore greatly improving product’s strength and other mechanical properties.

The furnace is automatically-controlled with following functions: leak-testing (positive & negative pressure), dewaxing, vacuum sintering, process gas sintering, pressure sintering in Ar, fast cooling etc.

   The distribution of heating power has been optimized to ensure temperature-uniformity during vacuum and HIP process.

.Overall Safety Protection

   Safeguard devices are adopted and interlock is installed for safety setup. The furnace system is safeguard properly in case of wrong handling, over-pressure, over-temperature, water failure and power-cut.
